Ketogenic Diet and why our Brain needs Fat
  One of the hardest thing to wrap your brain around is the lack of carbs and starchy foods, and changing your mentality about fats. The recommended breakdown for the ketogenic diet is as follows: Fat: 70-80% Protein: 20-25% Carbs: 5-10% This can be a confusing diet breakdown. During the last few decades our “health” foods have been pushed as “low fat” but we’ve learned that that isn’t necessarily the best for us.
